Client Policies Deposit Policy • All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance unless I must cancel your appointment on my end. • Deposits secure your appointment time and are applied to your remaining balance. Late Policy • There is a 15-minute grace period. • After 15 minutes, a $25 late fee will be added to your remaining balance. • After 20 minutes, the appointment will be automatically canceled and considered a no-show. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid penalty. • Same-day cancellations result in loss of deposit. No-Call / No-Show Policy • No-call, no-show appointments are charged the full service amount. • After two (2) no-call/no-shows, you will be prohibited from booking future appointments. Preparation for Best Results • Arched brows, waxed lips, and chin are preferred prior to your appointment to ensure the cleanest and most flawless makeup application. Accepted Payments • Remaining balances can be paid by: Cash, Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay.
